Ocean Park is built based on contribution of Hong Kong Jockey Club and opened in January 10, 1977. It is located in east island of Hong Kong. An ocean park is located in Wong Chuk Hang and Nam Long Shang. To reach this location, we can use taxi or bus.

Ocean Park building has about 72m / 236 feet width. This entertainment park has 14 kinds of games and another attractions. The Mascot of this entertainment park is "Whiskers", a sea lion. Ocean Park is different with the other park, because this park has the second longest gondala / cable car in the world. The visitors can enjoy this cable car star in the beginning to enjoy spectacular view of Hong Kong and see Shark Aquarium, Ocean Theater, Ocean Park Tower, etc.

Beside as an entertainment park, Ocean Park also the place of research center, laboratory, and the education center of whale and dolphin. Ocean Park is first the research center in the world that success to do imitate fertilization of dolphin and develop some kinds of new gold fish.
